Bayona was THE second best meal I have ever eaten!
I got the angel hair with steamed broccoli, tiny chunks of bacon, and cheese.
The broccoli was cooked to perfection, the bacon was flavorful, and the cheese was good!
The chef's name is Susan Spicer, who has her own cookbook.
Mama used to be a waitress there.
If you are from the north though, (Witch is pretty much everybody I'm writing to.)
you won't like the hour long wait,
it's because down here, nobody is in a hurry, especially in New Orleans. (The big easy.)
I think, it's so worth the wait.
